Week #9 - Day 3
Took off day 3 yet again. Having skipped it for the past couple of weeks for injury reasons, I figured it would be bad on my body to suddenly add another day back in, along with 4 more miles. I'm going to try to get it in next week since my long run is staying the same next week. I am planning to do my long run of 16 miles tomorrow morning, hopefully bright and early.
