Week #13 - Day 1
I decided to substitute a nice long bike ride for this week's 5 mile run. Kristy & I headed to the Metroparks in Strongsville and took a ride from Rt.82 over to downtown Berea and back. About 15 miles round trip. We kept a pretty good clip, especially on the way back when Kristy took the lead. I was struggling to keep up a times. Might not have been quite as aerobic as running, but it was a good workout on the legs and, at times, on the lungs.
